Rentals at Eidem Farm

Historic Eidem Farm’s rustic charm and suburban location make it a beautiful and unique venue for a variety of rentals. Hold your next event, reunion, shower, party or gathering at the Historic Eidem Farm. 

Current rental opportunities offered include Photo Shoot rentals; all other rental opportunities are not available.

Group and
Private Rentals

May – October

Exclusive use of the Historic Eidem Farm grounds for your private event. Rental includes access to the entrance building, barn and the enclosed historic farm grounds (approximately 2.25 acres). All other buildings are closed unless prior arrangement has been made at the discretion of the site manager for an additional charge.



The rental fee is based on length, size, set-up needs and type of function. Staff is scheduled for rentals at a ratio of one guide for every 50 people or as determined by the set-up needs and type of function.

  • Grounds only (base cost): $150
    • Each additional hour: $50
  • Farmhouse interior: $150
  • All other buildings: $75 each
  • Damage Deposit (refundable): $300

Photo Shoots

Make memorable moments unique with Historic Eidem Farm as your backdrop. The Historic Eidem Farm is available for personal and commercial photo shoots.

Our site is perfect for making those memorable moments unique and special. The lawn, flower gardens, open fields, and farm buildings make a great backdrop for senior year, family, engagement, wedding, etc. pictures.

We offer three different packages for friends and families to get out and enjoy the fall season together. They work great for group outings and parties too!

Package Cost and hours
Fall Package #1 – Bonfire in the
barnyard (10 people minimum)
$40.00 for 1 to 1.5 hours
Package # 2 – 30 minute hayride
around the grounds (15 people minimum)
$50.00 for 1 to 1.5 hours;
additional $50.00 for groups over 75
Package #3 – Bonfire and 30 minute
hayride around the grounds (15 people minimum)
$100.00 per 2 hours; additional
$50.00 for every 50 people over 100

*Refundable damage deposit of $300.00 required. Taxes not included in price.

As a historical site with early 1900 buildings, there are limitations to the amenities available.

All event equipment, including tents, tables, and chairs would be the responsibility of the renter. All arrangements must be contracted by and paid for by the renter and pick-up/delivery options must be approved in advance.

Outside food/beverages

Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed on the premises. Catered events must be catered by licensed and insured caterers and approved in advance. A list of recommended local catering vendors can be provided upon request.


A number of entertainment options work well at our venue; however, music and other entertainment must follow local noise ordinances and be respectful of the nearby residential area. Music and other entertainment must be approved in advance and special use permits may be required.
