Park maintenance issues

Resident claims
Use the Resident Claims form to report incidents you believe the city should be responsible for such as damage from a plow truck or a fallen city-owned tree or light pole. You can also email claims@brooklynpark.org.
ID Verification
LoginMN:
LoginMN is the State of Minnesota’s secure and centralized sign-on service that individuals and businesses use to access State of Minnesota services, programs, and applications. LoginMN grants you access to multiple government services, while keeping your information secure with multi-factor authentication (MFA) and enhanced fraud detection.
To complete identity verification in person:
If you are required to provide manual identity verification (when LoginMN cannot verify your identity remotely), you will see a message on your screen when you’re attempting identity verification, and an email will be sent to the email address that you have registered with LoginMN.
Brooklyn Park Deputy Registrar can provide manual identity verification in person for LoginMN.
• Bring with you the email sent from LoginMN (either a printed copy or on your mobile phone) and the required documents listed in the email that are needed for verification.
