Crime free housing training

This is a mandatory 8-hour workshop for rental property owners. Check back in March for 2025 training dates.

We anticipate offering one or two class options in Brooklyn Park in late fall or winter. Once these sessions are scheduled, the Rental Licensing Division will notify all rental property owners in their system who still need to complete the training. The notification will include the class details and allow additional time for owners to fulfill this requirement.
