Community Assembly: Redistricting

Redistricting involves redrawing the boundaries of election districts to make sure the people of each district are equally represented. In the U.S. we do it every ten years, after the completion of the Census.

• Hear a brief “Redistricting 101” presentation from the League of Women Voters
• Learn how we mapped our communities with ACER and CAPI
• Give your input on the City of Brooklyn Park’s redistricting efforts
