Creating your own artwork has never been more fun! Brooklyn Park Recreation and Parks Department has contracted with Creative Painting Minnesota for you to create your own masterpieces that will be the focal point of your house! Each class provides step-by-step instructions while also giving you the freedom to choose your own paint colors and stencils to match your personal style! People of all artistic levels can participate in this program. No experience needed.
“We like to mix things up in our class offerings by working with a variety of textures and surfaces like canvas, rocks, wood, string and more,” said Wanda with Creative Painting Minnesota. “There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing your artwork on display in your home or at a loved one’s house.”
“I’ve been to many painting and arts classes, but Wanda’s classes are just such a blast!” said participant, Leslie Miller. “She makes classes interactive and fun!”
New classes for summer have just been announced and will sell quickly. Classes are an inter-generational activity and can be enjoyed by everyone. If you see a project you love, but cannot make it to class, Take&Paint is the perfect option for you. Take&Paint kits include all materials and supplies to create and paint in your own home.
All classes are held in a safe, clean environment and follow CDC guidelines. Click here to learn more and to sign up for Painting in the Park!
