Bottineau High Speed Transitway |

Brooklyn Park is working with Hennepin County on the possibility of high-speed transit between downtown and the Target North Campus via Bottineau Boulevard and West Broadway. The study process is entering the Draft Environmental Impact Statement phase. The Scoping document and open house information is now available. Check it out!

Homestead Market Value Exclusion |

Some residents may notice an increase or decrease in property taxes for next year. The Homestead Market Value Exclusion provides a tax reduction to all homesteads valued below
$413,800 by shifting a portion of the tax burden that would otherwise fall on the homestead to other types of property. Watch here.
