Homemade Mask Drive
Governor Tim Walz is launching a Homemade Mask Drive
On Saturday, April 25 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. homemade masks can be delivered to the following local fire stations
- Central Fire Station – 5700 85th Ave N
- West Fire Station – 7301 West Broadway
- North Fire Station – 9700 Regent Ave N
Firefighters will then deliver the masks to local congregate living facilities for employees and residents to wear. While these masks are not medical-grade, they help keep the wearer’s germs from spreading to other people.
