Join us for the Health on the Go Community Health Hub!
This year’s event will bring together health, housing, and financial resources to create a one-stop community hub that connects residents to vital services, wellness activities and educational opportunities.
Brooklyn Park residents can expect a vibrant experience filled with activities such as:
- 75+ vendors and community partners
- Free health screenings and wellness resources
- Food, giveaways, and raffle prizes
