Learn all about gardening and preserving garden harvests with Eidem Farm in one of our new garden classes.  Each class will cover a different aspect of gardening and preservation of garden harvests. All supplies are provided.  Registration closes 1 week before class date. *Pre-registration required.

Pickling and Drying Herbs

Learn the basics to pickling and drying fresh herbs. Participants will be able to prepare beets for pickling and can a jar to take home.  Participants will also learn about the process for drying herb from which herbs work best for drying, when to harvest, and how to prepare and dry herbs.
