After a competitive selection process, the city announced that D’Amico & Partners has taken over food and event services at Edinburgh USA as of January 1, 2019. D’Amico & Partners is one of the most influential restaurant and catering operators in the Twin Cities. D’Amico worked with the Brooklyn Park Economic Development Authority (EDA) to invest $1.5M into clubhouse and restaurant renovations.
