Rec on the Go

Join us for a fun-filled summer of free recreation activities with Rec on the Go programs throughout Brooklyn Park!

About Rec on the Go

Sun’s out and Rec on the Go’s rolling out…modified! Two buses are coming to 8 locations this Summer. Register now for a location near you. Park participants register for one location only due to capacity and CDC guidelines.

This FREE, on-site program is for Brooklyn Park residents ages five to 14 only. Participants at parks should register for one site only; apartment participants must be residents of that apartment location.

Rec on the Go Brooklyn Park

Activities

Rec on the Go will offer a variety of activities (only for ages 5–14) on site, within the CDC guidelines including: arts, literacy, science and sports challenges! Please bring your own mask and water.

You must register for this Rec on the Go ahead of time. Some park locations are full at this time.

Meals

All locations will have free meals “to go” at the end of each session. Meals are for all youth under 18 and do not need to be registered to receive meals.
