Reduce stress and restore a healthy and balanced mind and body while also increasing strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination. This beginner level class will include seated and standing poses, balance exercises, stretching and a stress-reducing relaxation segment.
Reward yourself with “me” time as we breathe, reduce stress, and focus on ourselves in the present moment. Experience the luxury of relaxing into gentle yoga poses for several minutes, encouraging the release of both muscular and emotional tension. This class is appropriate for all levels and no previous yoga experience is needed.
Roll Out and Tune Up
Create a sense of relaxation similar to a massage by using tennis balls to release muscle tension, improve joint range of motion, and increase circulation. Gentle release techniques (myofascial release) is a must-have for anyone who exercises or would like to reduce feelings of stiffness. Most exercises will be performed seated on the ground.
Explore walking like never before! Nordic walking poles enable the entire body to work, with greater intensity, without it feeling more challenging! Attend this beginner instructional class to experience this workout for yourself.
Reestablish alignment, balance, and strength through simple movements designed to create more mobility, reduce tension, decrease pain/inflammation and build strength and stability. Aging is inevitable—aches and pains are not! Movements will be completed in socks or bare feet.

We are currently in an unprecedented movement drought, even if we exercise daily. Learn how to sit, stand and move better without ever leaving our office or workstation. We CAN improve our health without sacrificing productivity! Movements will be completed in socks or bare feet.
