Police Patrol Services

Uniformed patrol officers are the most visible and often the first source for police service.

Patrol Division

Dial 911 to file a police report or have an officer respond to your location.

Our patrol officers are the first responders to most requests for police and emergency medical assistance. As a division that never has a day off, uniformed patrol officers are assigned to work schedules that provide the community with continuous police protection.

Patrol precincts

To provide the best and most effective service, the Patrol Division operates out of the North and South precincts. This precinct model allows for officers to be assigned to the same geographical patrol “beat” for each shift that they work. Each precinct operates as a team to quickly identify, respond and resolve crime or other livability issues that arise within their assigned district of the community. This frequently occurs through our commitment to engage our residents and business owners as partners in crime reduction efforts.
