Application Withdrawn for “Project Hotdish”

Brooklyn Park, Minnesota – (March 1) – Scannell Properties announced today the withdrawal of their application for a fulfillment center called “Project Hotdish”. The project was slated for North Park Business Center in Brooklyn Park.
In a letter to the city, the real estate company stated they have decided to withdraw its application for the Development Plan, Site Plan, and Plat for the project. No reason was given, however, they stated they will contact the city to discuss future development of the Business Center.
In November, the project was set for a City Council vote. However, days before the meeting it was put on hold.
In 2015, Scannell Properties began developing in North Park Business Center. The city looks forward to working with the company on future development opportunities.
