Dynamic Aging

Dynamic Aging shifts the conversation from exercising to moving. No matter where you're starting, if you change how you move, you can change how you feel.

Aging is inevitable—aches and pains are not! Transform your whole-body through alignment techniques and gentle exercises, movements, and adjustments to create more mobility, reduce tension, decrease pain/inflammation and build strength and stability. Movements will be completed in socks or bare feet.

This class is based off a whole-body movement practice designed by biomechanist and founder Katy Bowman. Check it out, Google: Nutritious Movement, "Super-Agers" and Katy Bowman (on The Today Show).

All you need is a smart device such as a smartphone, tablet, smart TV or a computer. In addition, you must have access to a service provider like Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, Xfinity, Direct TV, Pandora, Spotify, or many others at an “app store”. The choice is endless. This workshop covers how to research, purchase, download, and install the different apps that allow you to stream music and movies.
