Fire Prevention

Our mission is fire prevention through education.

We teach people of all ages how to make responsible choices regarding health and safety. One of our most important commitments is to give people the knowledge and skills they need to lead safer lives. The easiest fire to fight and survive is the one that never happens. Brooklyn Park Fire Department speaks to more than 15,000 people every year about fire prevention!

Request a fire station tour

We’ll be happy to give your group a fire station tour by appointment. It is helpful to let us know how many people will be coming, their ages, and several date options, as well as your name and phone number.

Email the Fire Department to request a station tour

  • Fire trucks can be requested for educational, chartable or town-sanctioned community events only.
  • Availability is not guaranteed.
  • Request will be considered according to availability and resources of staff and schedules.
