DESCRIPTION:Pick-Up Truck Opera Presents: Faust! \nHead outside to enjoy Mixed Precipitation’s 16th annual summer opera extravaganza! It’s French Romantic opera and new wave disco beats. It’s a deal with the devil as humanity shoots for the moon.  \nThis show is adapted from composer Charles Gounod’s 1859 opera Faust\, with a libretto by Jules Barbier and Michael Carré. Appropriate for all ages.   \nLocation \nThe performance will take place outdoors in the North Hennepin Community College’s central quad. \nEnter the parking lot from West Broadway and 84th Avenue North. Once parked\, follow the posted signage to the outdoor performance area on the north side of the Campus Center.  \nBring a water bottle or beverage\, sunscreen\, and a folding chair or blanket to sit on the grass.
