Support loved ones with dementia, Alzheimer’s and memory loss.

The Northwest Hennepin Human Services Council Senior Leadership Committee invites the public to “Finding Hope,” a free seminar about dementia.

Dr. Michael Rosenbloom, neurologist and director of the HealthPartners Center for Memory and Aging, will talk about the latest research. Dr. Rosenbloom is a physician at Region’s Hospital and participates in clinical research at the Alzheimer's Research Center.

Shannon McKenzie of HealthStar Home Health and Naomi Evans of St. Therese Rehab will discuss becoming an “Alzheimer’s Whisperer.” This program has been recognized by the American Psychiatric Nurses Association as Best Practices in Dementia Care.
