DESCRIPTION:Join us Feb. 7 as we host the 5th Annual Cities United Black History Month event. \nThe theme is year is “The Journey Continues…Reflect\, Renew and Respond”. The day will include a musical tribute\, keynote address and breakout sessions. DESCRIPTION:When\nTuesday\, April 21 \nWhere\nYour city parks! \nJoin fellow residents in helping restore Brooklyn Park parks by participating in our Earth Day Community Clean Up. \nResidents can get their “Park Pick Up Pack” which include 2 large garbage bags\, 4 pairs of disposable gloves and instructions on how to clean up the park while following the CDC social distancing guidelines. On Tuesday\, April 21 at the Community Activity Center (CAC) between 9 a.m.-12 p.m. residents can drive up to the main entrance of the CAC\, grab their pack and go! \nYou can choose the park and the date you do your clean up\, but we ask that you please use our Adopt a Park app to let us know so we are able to schedule trash pick up at your location. \nPlease share photos with us on our Facebook or Instagram using #wearebrooklynpark \nFor questions\, please email Brad Tullberg at brad.tullberg@brooklynpark.org.
