This beloved community gathering creates space for reflection\, conversation\, and connection as we explore what peace and healing mean to us collectively. \n\nCome be part of an inspiring night that uplifts creativity\, strengthens community bonds\, and honors Dr. King’s vision for a better future. All are welcome\, no registration needed!\n\nThis year our session will be led by Ella from VIBE art. Fifteen year old Ella founded “VIBE Art\,” which stands for “Visual Inspiration by Ella\,” with a mission to inspire others through her creative talents. Since 2021\, she’s been creating inspiring\, energetic\, and colorful canvas paintings. Get to know Brooklyn Park’s artistic community and enjoy food from our amazing restaurants. \nAttendees can enjoy for free: \n\nSoundbath Experience (5:15-5:50pm) with Bruce Williams\n\n\nCheck out Sahan Journal’s article on the work they’ve been doing in MPLS\nParticipants are strongly encouraged to bring a yoga mat for this experience.\n\n\nFamily photography sessions with Lex B Photography\nFood from Wendys House of Soul starting at 5:30pm\n\nTiming for food has changed compared to an earlier flier for this event.\nFood is first come first served.\n\n\nPerformances by Brooklyn Park youth\, Daniel the Violinist\, Heart and Soul Drum\, and Jamela Pettiford\nArt Activity by VIBE Art\nVendor and Resource Fair with 15+ booths!\n\nThere will be vendors selling craft items so bring cash if you’d like to purchase items.
