DESCRIPTION:Join us to plant trees in our community! This event is great for families\, friends\, and other small groups. \nJoin in for this community tree planting event through Tree Trust! They will provide hands-on training\, so no experience is required to volunteer. \nThis planting opportunity is great for individuals\, friends\, families\, and small groups. Children and dogs are welcome\, as long as they are supervised. \nYou will receive an email reminder one week before the event. Registration is required. \nClick here to register now > \nRequirements:\n\nRegister – All volunteers must register for the event through Eventbrite.\nProvided – Tree Trust provides gloves\, snacks\, tools\, training\, and trees!\nBring – Water for drinking.\nWear – Weather appropriate clothing and sturdy closed-toe shoes.\n\nWhat to expect on site:\n\nArrive 15 minutes prior to the event.\nCheck in at the white Tree Trust tent to get a name tag\, gloves\, and assignment to a planting group.\nTree Trust will do a tool training and tree planting demonstration.\nYou will break into planting groups lead by our trained Branch Managers and plant trees with your team.\nGet a head start on your training by watching our video: Plant a Tree the Tree Trust Way.\n\nQuestions?\nIf you have any questions\, contact Tree Trust at volunteer@treetrust.org.
