Shingle Creek and West Mississippi Watershed Management Commissions

About

Nine cities with land in the Shingle Creek watershed and five cities with land in the West Mississippi watershed entered into Joint Powers Agreements (JPA) to form watershed management organizations. They are charged with certain surface and groundwater management functions.

Applications are always welcome! Applications are kept on file for one year. As openings occur, applicants are notified of openings and invited to participate in the commission interview process.

Second Thursday of each month. The Shingle Creek meeting begins at noon and the West Mississippi meeting follows.
