City Hall is getting a new look! Construction will begin Summer 2019 on customer service and security improvements, increasing public meeting space, installing heated sidewalks and more.

Where can I enter City Hall?
You can enter City Hall through the west employee entrance closest to the police department. The main entrance to City Hall will be closed for several months.
Will parking be affected?
No. There will be several available parking spots for residents and customers.
What services will be interrupted?
No services will be interrupted during the remodel.
Will hours of operation change?
No. Hours of operation will remain Monday through Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Why are you remodeling?
The City Hall remodel will improve customer service, modernize the space and make city hall more open to public use.
How much does this cost?
The estimted cost is $5 million.
Where can I apply for right of way permits or obtain city engineering records?
Usually, you can apply for right of way permits through our engineering division at city hall or online. During the remodel, engineering staff will be located at Operations and Maintenance building (8300 Noble Avenue North). The hours for that building are 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m., Monday-Friday.
Where can I apply for building permits, rental licenses?
Starting in January, you will find building and rental license information at a temporary location on the West side of the City Hall building. Look for directional signage in the parking lot that indicates the entrance location.
