Land Use Map  [5mb]
The Land Use Plan establishes the direction for guiding development and redevelopment throughout the City. The plan provides the framework for land use decisions through 2020. The Land Use Plan is not intended to become a static document. It should be reviewed and revised when necessary to incorporate changing conditions and community goals. Current planning is underway to review the Land Use Plan and propose necessary revisions by 2008.

The New Development Map shows the location of approved developments under construction or newly constructed in the City.

The New Residential Neighborhoods Map shows the location of all Council approved residential developments under construction or newly constructed in the City. The Lot Inventory attached to the Map includes the plat name, total units, type of development, contact and school district. If you have any questions about the developments please call the contact number provided on the Lot Inventory.

Brooklyn Park is served by three school districts. The vast majority of public school students attend Osseo Schools (also known as ISD 279). The two other districts include ISD 11 Anoka Hennepin and ISD 281 Robbinsdale Schools.
