Probationary Requirement	Minimum of 1 year
Attendance Requirements	Shifts are available 24 hours a day.
	Shifts are 3 hours to 9 hours in length.
	Firefighters are required to schedule a minimum of seven (7) shifts per month, of which at least one (1) must be a weekend shift.  Weekends are from 2300 Friday through 2300 Sunday.
	There is no call back requirement; however, the expectation is that each firefighter will respond to as many call backs as possible.
	Schedules are bid and posted monthly and shifts are awarded by seniority and rank.
