Important Message from the Utility Billing Staff:
The Utility Billing department is dedicated to providing excellent customer service to the residents of Brooklyn Park. Our department has recently completed conversion to a new billing system and the first set of bills has been sent out. The bills have a new look and one of the most noted changes is in the account number. The new account number will be the last set of numbers of your old account number. Your account number will be displayed on your bill in the top yellow box on your statement and your service address in a larger yellow box directly below it.
Although the conversion is complete, there is still a lot of work to be done. With any new system, there will be some delays in service as we work with the new system and get back up to speed. The new system will provide for some new payment options that are being developed for use by customers in the future. All questions can be directed to the Utility Billing line (763) 493-8185 Monday – Friday between the business hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm.
Do you have questions about your utility bill? We can help! We can also provide you with information about connections and disconnections.
