Engineering Division - The role of the Engineering Division is to provide the services to plan, study, design, and manage the construction and reconstruction of public improvements. We are responsible for public improvement construction and reconstruction, traffic volumes, right of way and transportation permits, easements, inspection of public and private improvement projects, special assessments. Building Inspections Division - We offer community assistance, information, and inspection services associated with building, plumbing, mechanical (HVAC) and sewer and water permits.  We also administer the State Building Code, provide interpretation of the adopted codes, and provide information related to construction, accessibility standards, contractor licensing, additions and remodeling, and building permits and inspections.
