Generally, businesses are allowed to attach wall signage to 10% of the building wall(s) and/or also have a pylon or monument sign. Permanent signs must meet all setback requirements and are not permitted in the right-of-way or within 30 foot clear-view triangle at public or private streets or driveway intersections. In addition, they may not be placed in utility or other easements. Property owners are responsible for locating property lines and easements. Questions regarding sign size, setbacks, location, and complaints should be directed to the Code Enforcement & Public Health Division.
