Licenses

     

Several types of businesses are licensed by the city to promote a safe, healthful and orderly community. In order to operate the types of businesses listed in the following table, you must apply for and obtain a license, and operate within the conditions required by all applicable regulations. Please call the Licensing Division for fee information. Also, be sure to allow sufficient time for processing. In general, processing times are at least 10 days from the time all application information is submitted. However, in some cases, a public hearing is required in order to approve the license, which could result in a minimum process time of 60 days.
