The purpose of this notice is to advise all interested persons of the provisions of Title II of the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990 (42 U.S.C. 12131) which prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability by public entities. The Brooklyn Park Recreation and Parks Department is subject to Title II of the ADA of 1990 and is committed to full application of The Act to the services, programs, facilities or activities of the department.
