The Property Managers Coalition (PMC) is a gathering of professional property managers that oversee the management of apartment communities of 16 units or more in Brooklyn Park. The purpose of the Coalition is to share current developments in the city, provide speakers on topics relevant to managing rental housing in the city and create an atmosphere of cooperation between managers. PMC meetings are held bi-monthly on the third Tuesday of the odd months at 9:00 a.m. at City Hall located at 5200 - 85th Avenue North.
