Brooklyn Park Homebuyer Initiative: This new program provides homeownership opportunities in Brooklyn Park to eligible buyers. Assistance is available to secure affordable, fixed interest rate mortgages and help with downpayment and closing costs. The initiative is targeted for first-time homebuyers, however there is assistance for eligible non-first-time homebuyers as well.
