Village Creek is a 133-acre mixed-use redevelopment project located at the intersection of Brooklyn Boulevard and Zane Avenue. This large-scale project is transforming an old commercial corridor in Brooklyn Park into a new neighborhood with easy access between housing, commercial areas and recreation opportunities. 

 

Many projects are underway, including new for sale housing options, retail and office construction. In addition, major improvements to Shingle Creek are creating a large linear park providing an amenity to the area and connecting the entire neighborhood with trails and pedestrian bridges.
