The sixth largest city in the state of Minnesota, Brooklyn Park is located in Hennepin County and is governed by a Council/City Manager form of government. The City Council meets on the first, third and fourth Monday of each month.
There are many opportunities to have your voice heard as a part of the government process. You are welcome to speak on issues at committee and commission meetings, or perhaps you are interested in serving on a committee or commission in our community. You can also exercise your right to vote, as well as keep up on the latest issues and bills being considered at the State Legislature.
