Plans are approved for the development of the Town Center area west of Zane Avenue at Highway 610. Long time property owners, the Schreiber family, worked with a residential developer, along with a commercial developer on the plans for the 200+ acre site.
Liberty Oaks
The national housing developer,
D. R. Horton, continues construction on the Liberty Oaks residential project, which includes 86 single family homes and 147 twin homes and coach homes. The development features a neighborhood gathering place as well as trails and sidewalks to connect residents to shopping and Oak Grove Park.
Park Place Promenade
Construction also continues on the commercial component of the project, Park Place Promenade. The project is being developed by
Solomon Real Estate Group and
H. J. Development. The 413,800 square foot of commercial center includes Cub Foods, LA Fitness, restaurants, banks and a variety of retailers. Confirmed tenants include:
Oxbow Commons
On the east side of Zane Avenue, Ramsay Corporation's Oxbow Commons is a planned 178-acre community with 83 acres identified for residential use and 20 acres designed for commercial use.
