The Code Enforcement & Public Health Division is located in the Community Development Department. The Division partners with other City departments, outside agencies, and various groups and individuals in order to meet the goals and initiatives set by the City Council and community for commercial and residential services.
The Division provides many services that are designed to help keep the community safe, healthful and attractive. The scope of services are educational in focus, yet compliance-driven. We rely on community input and cooperation to maintain the high quality of living that Brooklyn Park residents, businesses and visitors expect.
