Four main program areas have been developed to address community issues and deliver services in an efficient and customer-friendly manner. These programs are integrated within the division, as well as interdepartmentally. Information is gathered and analyzed as part of a performance management program in order to better gauge community and customer needs.
Strategic planning and implementation enables the allocation of limited government resources to meet core services, as well as unexpected service demands (such as response to disasters). Please see the following programs for more information:
