Engineering Division

The role of the Engineering Division is to provide the services to plan, study, design, and manage the construction and reconstruction of public improvements. We are responsible for public improvement construction and reconstruction, traffic volumes, right of way and transportation permits, acquisition of easements, inspection of public and private improvement projects, special assessments.
