Foreclosure Prevention Hotline: 952-933-1993: The Community Action Partnership of Suburban Hennepin (CAPSH) has this hotline to help homeowners who are in danger of losing their homes. CAPSH provides free information, advocacy, referrals to additional resources and other assistance – confidentially – to people having trouble paying their mortgage. The Hotline directly connects homeowners with professionals who can help them through the process. You can also visit CAPSH at www.capsh.org.

Foreclosure Tips on YouTube! The Federal Housing Administration has added Foreclosure Avoidance Tips to their YouTube page. FHA and HUD have posted 10 tips to avoid foreclosure on YouTube.
