The Brooklyn Park Homebuyer Initiative provides homeownership opportunities in Brooklyn Park to eligible buyers, including:

• Assistance is available to secure affordable, fixed interest rate mortgages

• Homebuyer education is required through our nonprofit partner, the Community Action Partnership of Suburban Hennepin, or CAPSH

Program Features:

• Affordable interest rates

• $3,000 in down payment and closing cost assistance

• Up to $14,999 to make your home more affordable

• 30-year term available

• Additional down payment and closing cost assistance for eligible buyers
