Serving on a commission is a great way to provide your city government with valuable citizen input and discuss important issues with your fellow residents. Plus, it's a lot of fun.
Applications for all commissions are always welcome! Commission applications are kept on file for one year. As openings occur, applicants are notified of openings and invited to participate in the commission interview process.
Qualifications: Membership on City of Brooklyn Park commissions and committees is open to all Brooklyn Park residents who are qualified voters. Some commissions may require a member to reside in a specific voting district (Central, East or West).
