In 2008, the Brooklyn Park Economic Development Division launched a Business Retention and Expansion (BR&E) Program, in partnership with the University of Minnesota Extension. The BR&E Program consists of multiple phases. One phase is a baseline survey to help the City learn more about the businesses in the community.  The second phase includes face-to-face visits to take a more in depth look at specific businesses in the community.

 

The BR&E Program will help the City improve communications and provide better support to our local businesses. The information learned through the program will help Brooklyn Park to continue to be a leader in business growth in the region.
