2008 Compensation:	Probationary Firefighter - $8.95 per hour
	Firefighter   I - $10.91 per hour
	Firefighter  II - $12.61 per hour
	Firefighter III - $14.22 per hour
Pension	The following applies to those who are participating members in the Brooklyn Park Firefighters' Relief Association retirement benefit program.
	Defined contribution plan with 40% vesting after 5 years and 100% vested after 10 years.
	Payable at age 50
	Potential of $75,000 after 10 years **
	Potential of $150,000 after 20 years **
