Brooklyn Park Recreation and Parks Department creates opportunities for citizen involvement and participation through its Recreation & Parks Advisory Commission. Residents are invited to contribute towards defining community needs and shape programs and services to address those needs by serving in various capacities. The Recreation & Parks Advisory Commission meets every third Wednesday of the month at the Community Activity Center at 7:00 p.m. Residents are invited to attend this open meeting or may contact their district appointed representative with ideas, questions or suggestions.
