The City of Brooklyn Park partners with the not-for-profit Northwest Community Revitalization Corporation (NCRC) to acquire and rehabilitate Brooklyn Park 2, 3, and 4-bedroom homes and sell them to income eligible families who qualify for a mortgage. To qualify, a buyer must meet household income guidelines with a total family gross income that does not exceed the following limits:
