The Business Maintenance Program (BMP) is designed to preserve, strengthen, and assist all business properties in maintaining and improving their appearance and creating a secure and healthful environment. The program plan is to inspect all commercial properties and businesses in regards to zoning, property maintenance, nuisance, and health and safety regulations. Commercial and business properties included in the BMP program are retail, wholesale, industrial, multi-family apartment complexes, city properties, schools, religious institutions, and other types of properties.
