Hockey learn to skate
Ages 3 to 12
The most important skill in the development of a hockey player is skating. Our hockey curriculum is designed to teach the fundamentals of hockey skating. In four badge levels, skaters will learn to maneuver faster and be more agile on the ice. All elements will be taught without a stick or puck, as proper skating techniques are the primary focus of the levels. Hockey or bike helmet is required; other equipment is optional. Each class will consist of a 30-minutes lesson and a 30-minute practice. Pre-registration required; class not subject to prorating. All participates begin in Hockey Level 1.
