The Land Use Plan establishes the direction for guiding development and redevelopment throughout the City. The plan provides the framework for land use decisions through 2030. The Land Use Plan is not intended to become a static document. It should be reviewed and revised when necessary to incorporate changing conditions and community goals.

The New Development Map shows the location of approved developments under construction or newly constructed in the City.

New Residential Neighborhoods Map ^[369kb]

The New Residential Neighborhoods Map shows the location of all Council approved residential developments under construction or newly constructed in the City. The Lot Inventory attached to the Map includes the plat name, total units, type of development, contact and school district. If you have any questions about the developments please call the contact number provided on the Lot Inventory.

Police Crime Maps

View maps of auto theft, business burglary, residential burglary, and theft from auto crimes and where they are happening.

The precinct map shows precincts in the city established by the council where polling places are located and where voters can cast their ballots.

School District Map ^[1.71mb]

Brooklyn Park is served by three school districts. The vast majority of public school students attend Osseo Schools (also known as ISD 279). The two other districts include ISD 11 Anoka Hennepin and ISD 281 Robbinsdale Schools.

The Zoning Map divides the city into use districts that establish regulations in regard to location, erection, construction, re-construction, alteration and use of structures and land. You may purchase a large color copy of the Zoning Map at City Hall for $5.00.
